Over the past few months, the world of working has changed dramatically, and the lockdown caused by Covid-19 has taught us some lessons about just how flexible we can be.
Flexpo Business Digital Summit looks at the global imposition of working from home and how that has pushed people to change how they manage their work and home life. This event looks at the challenges that have incurred, the solutions and where we go from here.
Our Chief Executive Paul Hamer and Executive Director of People and Infrastructure, Karen Brookes discuss how we want Sir Robert McAlpine to be an organisation where people thrive – how we see the potential benefits of flexible working for our own business, to our people, their mental health and the elusive work life balance.
