Improving health and safety
Our Behavioural Safety Programme is central to our approach to improving health and safety. We require all those who work on our sites to attend a Workforce Engagement Workshop within the first two to three weeks.
Central to our commitment to delivering excellence is our collaborative approach with our supply chain partners.
We work with supply chain partners who share our values, our client-focused approach and our commitment to excellence in project delivery.
This results in lasting relationships which drive innovation and deliver best value for our clients.
We are always keen to explore new opportunities to work with ambitious businesses and industry leaders.
Our procurement process is designed to be transparent and fair. This ensures our supply chain understand our requirements and work collaboratively with us to arrive at the best solutions to deliver our projects and services to clients.
We are members of the Achilles BuildingConfidence and Constructionline accreditation schemes and use these platforms as tools to determine the competency of our supply chain. To be considered for work with us:
All other supply chain members must hold membership with Achilles BuildingConfidence (one or two day audit).

In 2019 we will be launching our BIM Supply Chain Competency Portal, an online platform which will allow us to improve our ability to engage and collaborate with our supply chains for the benefit of all parties, including our clients.
The portal has been designed to measure a supply chain partner’s maturity in terms of BIM delivery and will highlight any areas requiring development whilst providing resources for our supply chain to develop their internal capability.
We are a signatory to the Gangmaster and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) Construction Protocol and actively work with our industry peers and partners to combat unethical labour practices.
We expect our supply chain partners to share the same commitment to combating unethical labour practices and to work with us to ensure that we are part of an industry that is proud of how it treats its workforce.
To find out more about what we are doing please see our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement.
We are eager to deliver consistent service quality to our clients and on this basis we have forged framework agreements with a select group of market leaders in our supply chain. These agreements deliver design and technical support, robust technical and commercial solutions, innovation, and ongoing service and support throughout the life of the project and beyond.
