We’ve worked on some of the most complex, multifaceted construction management projects delivered in the UK in recent years. These include multiple Maggie's Centres, the Courtauld, the Millenium Dome, Bloomberg's European Headquarters and Battersea Powerstation Phase 3A.

We utilise the latest digital construction technologies to ensure all elements of a project are delivered to the highest of standards. 

We help clients ensure they select the right supply chain with the appropriate level of expertise for their project, utilising our expertise in managing interfaces between packages to drive efficiencies, reduce costs and safeguard programme. 

From developing procurement and logistics strategies to agreeing change management processes, establishing reporting structures and managing financial controls, our open and honest approach combined with our proven expertise builds the trust that underpins effective construction management. 

A structured approach

From appointment our experienced professionals will integrate with your team to work collaboratively towards: 

  • Producing a fully integrated programme, allowing the project team to monitor design, procurement and construction progress. 
     
  • Creating project health and safety plans and initiatives.  
     
  • Producing method statements and risk assessments for the work. 
  • Attending design meetings to provide buildability, cost and programme advice. 

  • Drawing on the expertise of our in-house technical team to devise solutions to improve both sequence of construction and programme in works related to ground and above ground. 

  • Developing a procurement strategy. This encompasses the scope of work, market conditions and a supply chain capable of delivering the project. The strategy must also meet sustainability and environmental targets and identify trades with the right level of expertise and financial stability. 

  • Agreeing a change management process. 
     
  • Setting up a project risk and opportunity register.

  • Developing a logistics strategy. 

  • Liaising with the local community and suppliers. 

  • Agreeing a reporting structure and timetable that meets the client’s requirements. 

Wherever possible, we set up a local project office to maximise collaboration with you, your design team, partners, and supply chain.
