People & Culture

Our People

The quality of our people sets us apart.

Our people are the driving force of our business.

As one of the UK’s leading construction and infrastructure companies, we deliver outstanding projects. But it's our people who make them happen.

Their technical expertise, pride in their work and commitment to constructing a better world for future generations makes us the company we are.

Passion

Our people are passionate about what they do, delivering the exceptional time and again.

Consistently achieving excellence doesn’t happen by chance. Which is why we are committed to investing in and supporting our people throughout their careers to reach their full potential.

We take the time to listen to our people and understand their hopes and aspirations, working with them to chart the career path that’s right for them.

Training and development

That means providing training in the latest technologies and techniques in Digital Construction and supporting them to develop the skills they need to thrive.

Developing their expertise in this way improves the services we offer, creating more value for our clients and helping us build for a successful future.

It also makes for an incredibly rewarding career working with a construction and infrastructure company which is proudly building Britain’s future heritage.

Creating a long-lasting legacy for local communities

Our people are passionate about building a long-lasting legacy, and supporting the communities where we work. Our charitable, community and outreach work is equally important as the project we are delivering. Our teams are mentoring future generations through the Construction Youth Trust, have raised more than £1 million for Maggie’s, and continue to reach out to grassroots organisations and fund projects in the local community via ActionFunder.

We welcome a diverse talent to our inclusive family culture, as we proudly build Britain’s future heritage.
