Will Wilson is named as UKGBC Future Leader

Congratulations to Will Wilson, Commercial Manager based at our Manchester office, who is among this year’s cohort for The UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) Future Leaders programme.

Over the five-month programme, he will collaborate with his fellow participants to explore and try to address some of the most critical issues that the sector will face in the future.

The programme allows Will the opportunity to develop his skills in leadership, collaborative thinking, business model development, innovation and storytelling.

Will joined as a student Quantity Surveyor 5 years ago and is now a Commercial Manager. He’s currently working on the Clippers Quay residential development which will see the creation of 614 apartments across five blocks on Salford’s waterfront. Having completed four of six handovers, the project is set to complete early 2019.

On hearing the news, Will said:

“I’m honoured to have made the Future Leaders programme and would like to thank my colleagues for nominating and supporting me throughout the application process. I’m very much looking forward to getting started on the programme.”
