Strong Foundations Grant awardees announced in Bristol
07 Jul 2021We’re thrilled to reveal which community and charity projects in Bristol have been awarded a share of our Strong Foundations Grant.
Congratulations to the charity and community projects that have been awarded a share of our Strong Foundations Grant in London.
This is the second fund, out of eight available via the Action Funder platform across UK locations this year. See details of our most recent Bristol awardees here >>
Following the 4-week application window, successful submissions were shortlisted and a judging panel of Sir Robert McAlpine representatives selected the winning projects. This made for a challenging process as over 60 projects applied for a share of our Strong Foundations Grant!
To make their decisions, the judges focused on the London projects that helped increase community cohesion whilst boosting wellbeing. They were able to award organisations covering a diversity of themes, including climate and nature, mental health and wellbeing, as well as education and employment.
Congratulations to all our awardees, as well as Safely Booted who we are able to supply with PPE thanks to the support from our supply chain partners.
