Download our first Inclusion Report: Reach

We are proud to present “Reach”, our first annual Inclusion Report, which is available now for download.

‘Reach’, our first Inclusion Report, is a significant milestone on our inclusion journey that highlights both the progress we have made, and the areas where we can do better, as we aim to be the ‘Best Place to Work.’

The report looks at our people, our policies, and our history. It features case studies from around the business and emphasises the social value that we create through our work with local communities and our partnerships.

It’s important that we celebrate all that we are doing right and the positive impact it has made, as well as identify the opportunities for future growth.

As a business, we have come a long way, and sharing our first Inclusion Report is a key part of our journey towards the future.

We are committed to lead by example on inclusion and inspire industry wide change. Our family values are at the core of who we are, and we want them to be reflected in our policies and practices as a business. Everyone is welcome at Sir Robert McAlpine.

Our vision to proudly build Britain’s future heritage extends beyond the projects we deliver to leave a positive, and lasting legacy in society.

Everyone is welcome at Sir Robert McAlpine

As a passionate advocate for inclusion as a key driver to diversity, equality and success, I am truly proud of our first Inclusion Report. It brings to light our deep-rooted family values, the strong relationships we have with our partners, and all the great work that our people have been doing to leave a positive legacy in society. It also gives us a clear direction to continue to grow and drive a truly inclusive culture where everyone is welcome

Karen Brookes, Director of People & Infrastructure
