The Forum shortlisted for Education Estates award
15 Oct 2024We are pleased to announce that our "Forum 10 Years On" project has been shortlisted in the Building Resilience category at the Education Estates® Awards.
This September, teams from across our offices and sites will take on a new fundraising challenge, Try for Maggie’s.
Aligning with the Rugby World Cup, Try for Maggie’s will challenge squads of up to 15 members, to log a total of 2163 miles during the four-week period (that works out at approximately 144 miles per team member). Each team’s aim is to virtually travel the distance from the Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh to Stade de Nice in France and back home to Twickenham Stadium in London, a total of approximately 2163 miles.
Sir Robert McAlpine has been in partnership with Maggie's since 2016, and in that time, we have raised over £1m!
All the funds raised from Try for Maggie’s will mean that people with cancer receive support by expert staff, whether it's help for a friend, family member or carer, benefits advice, psychological support, or just a quiet place with a garden to enjoy.
Please support our team members and donate today if you are able to do so. Thank you.
