During this webinar we welcome Magdalena Widawska, Group Health & Wellbeing Advisor and Marcin Maj, Wellbeing Field Officer from Dornan Engineering Services, James Beestone, MHFA Lead at Balfour Beatty and chair of the MH Health in Construction Leadership Group, and Martin Cunningham Health Safety & Wellbeing Lead from Sir Robert McAlpine. 

They will take part in a panel discussion, candidly discussing their experiences with suicide within the industry, their company’s approach to mental health, and how they believe the industry should move forward in tackling this major challenge. This webinar will focus not only on why this is such an important issue, but how businesses can provide practical changes to support their staff.
