The Forum shortlisted for Education Estates award
15 Oct 2024We are pleased to announce that our "Forum 10 Years On" project has been shortlisted in the Building Resilience category at the Education Estates® Awards.
Our colleagues are gearing up to take on a new challenge for Maggie’s. The cycling Gran Fondo fundraising event will see them pedal either 250km or 500km until 15th September.
Loosely translated as a 'Big Race,' a Gran Fondo is all about inclusivity, camaraderie and celebrating the joy of cycling. Regardless of whether participants are experienced riders or just starting out, colleagues can choose to cycle either 250km or 500km by 15th September.
They can set their own start date and ride at their own pace, anywhere they prefer, until the end of the UCI Cycling World Championships, an event for which Maggie’s is a proud national charity partner.
Whether they go the distance on a road bike, mountain bike, gravel bike, BMX, turbo trainer or Peloton, this big ride is open to cyclists of all levels.
We've also created a Sir Robert McAlpine team so we can conquer the challenge together as one team!
Please show your support with a donation if you're able to do so.
