An evening of CPD and networking with industry experts for CIOB Birmingham Hub members.

A panel of expert speakers, including Sir Robert McAlpine’s Head of Technical Compliance, Nicola Markall, gather to discuss the upcoming changes to the secondary legislation following the royal assent of the Building Safety Act.

The Building Safety Act has transformed the way we record information and control quality on projects.  Use this opportunity to quiz the experts and discuss the implications and future ways of working. The event will feature presentations, Q&A sessions and industry networking with speakers from Sir Robert McAlpine, Turner & Townsend, Ball & Berry and the CIOB CEO Caroline Gumble.

Sir Robert McAlpine’s Nicola Markall, Head of Technical Compliance and CIOB Birmingham Hub Chair, will be focusing on Construction Products Regulations and Safety Critical Products, drawing on her experience in the industry and broad depth of knowledge on the topic.
