AUDE Conference 2022: The Next Chapter

Sir Robert McAlpine is delighted to continue our long standing relationship with AUDE by supporting their Annual Conference, and feature our partnership with ParalympicsGB at the event.

This year the AUDE Conference will be taking place both digitally and in person. The event will be held online on the 31st March and 1st April and then in person on the 4th and 5th April.

Sir Robert McAlpine is proud to continue supporting the AUDE Conference and we have utilised our relationship with ParalympicsGB to provide a special guest speaker.

With an introduction from Russell Day, Education Sector Head at Sir Robert McAlpine, Penny Briscoe, OBE, Director of Sport at the British Paralympic Association, will host a plenary session on the 1st April at 13:30. Learn how the leader of Great Britain’s Paralympic team navigated the challenges of 2020 - 2022 to rise to the occasion at both the rescheduled Tokyo 2020 Games and the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games – surpassing objectives in an ever-changing environment where resilience was key to achieving success. Penny will talk through how resilience can be a superpower that can help you achieve your own goals and objectives, no matter what the obstacles are that you face. She will also share key lessons that you can incorporate into your own life and career, plus parallels between planning and delivering throughout a four year Paralympic cycle and how this could apply to the university estate management cycle.
