Sporting moustaches for Movember

Sir Robert McAlpine is delighted to be supporting Movember this year as a company-wide fundraising initiative.

This month has seen our unshaven heroes lose their razors in a bid to 'save a bro and grow a mo' in support of the annual fundraiser Movember. Not only for a bit of fun and to keep their top lip warm, but also to increase awareness of men’s health issues and raise some much-needed funds for the Movember foundation charity in the process.

And as you can see from the photos below, we’ve seen some our ‘mo bros’ across the UK sporting some superb tache-tastic efforts.

Thanks to all those who have taken part either by growing a tache, organised an office bake sale, donated or pushed themselves to get out and exercise in the ‘Move for Movember’ challenge by walking or running 60km.

So far, we have raised an impressive £3,000+ which will go towards supporting innovative world-class men’s health projects in the charity’s key focus areas – prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. These projects are funded either directly by the Movember Foundation or through their men’s health partners.

There’s still time to donate, if you’d like to show your support, please visit our Movember fundraising page.
