Ten years on from the London 2012 Paralympic Games that changed the face of para sport, we are throwing the spotlight on the most inspirational team of athletes in the UK, ParalympicsGB, who have done so much to challenge perceptions and transform attitudes around disability.
As a partner of the British Paralympic Association, we are hosting a Best of British lunch, where we will be celebrating our athletes’ successes at the Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 Paralympic Games and looking ahead to Paris 2024.
Thank you to our Best of British event supporters for making the event possible and helping us to raise funds for ParalympicsGB: Briggs & Forrester, Morson, Bryson, GAP Group, the CIOB and CR Steel.
Held at Illuminate, Science Museum, on 6th October, the Best of British lunch will give guests the chance to mix with athletes and even try out some Paralympic sports, including boccia and curling.
We are running a prize draw, which is open to everyone, and will be live streamed on Instagram on the day.
100% of the proceeds from the event will go directly to ParalympicsGB. BPA Charity number: 802385
