Alison Cox, Managing Director - London, will take part in a panel discussion to mark the launch of the Private Sector Construction Playbook.
The Private Sector Construction Playbook has been led by the Construction Productivity Taskforce and sets out the key policies and guidance for how projects are assessed, procured and delivered in the private sector to help drive productivity improvements. It has been produced with contributions from across the project spectrum, including contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Taskforce members, industry colleagues and sector media will be present at the launch, featuring guest speakers and a panel discussion on the contents of the playbook and what it means for the construction industry moving forward.
