Graduate opportunities

Join us as a graduate and your career will begin with an industry-leading, structured development programme – leading to chartered status and preparing you for a leadership career.

How does the graduate programme work?

Over the course of three years, you’ll enjoy a rich combination of training, mentoring and challenging hands-on responsibility.

Delivered in a modular format, the programme features a different project placement each year. You’ll get to work directly on interesting, complex projects, as an integral part of the team.

At every step, you’ll have the chance to learn from inspiring, expert colleagues who are committed to developing the next generation of talent within our business.

Once the three year programme is completed, you will explore the different career options on offer, before taking up a permanent role in your specialist field.

We'll continue to invest in you throughout your career with us, offering new challenges and responsibilities as your experience grows.

  • James Brock, Engineer

“I was given responsibility from the start. The company continually puts you in situations where you can grow and develop.”
