Their stories remind us of the strength and resilience they bring to our work every day, and the meaning this day holds for them is something we all feel. Through their experiences, we gain a unique perspective on how values forged in service continue to shape our workplace and inspire us all.
We have been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award, which recognises employers who have shown exceptional support to the Armed Forces community, including reservists, veterans and military families.
