“NCE congratulates all of our winners who will no doubt make standout role models for the industry and we look following their progress as they work with our mentors.”

In total, 15 winners were crowned, recognising the women and teams that stand out as exceptional and showcasing both individual and organisation wide initiatives.

The judges said:

“Emma was technically excellent, which is evident to the significant impact her design solutions have, fulfilling her vision of making a hospital a functioning place to work and a healing space for others."

It’s great to be industry recognised for all the upfront hard work that goes into developing complex designs of façades and other challenging design aspects of our mental healthcare hospitals. This includes ensuring that the expectations of all stakeholders are satisfied along with all the other compliances that we have to attain.
