Leeds is a city in transformation, with extensive redevelopment and a diverse economy making it a Northern Powerhouse hotspot. We're proud to be a part of this evolution as main contractor on several schemes in the city.
The regeneration of the city’s South Bank area is being promoted as the biggest change Leeds has seen in more than 100 years.
One of the largest projects of its kind in Europe and covering a huge swathe of land on the southern edge of the River Aire, the ambitious scheme aims to effectively double the size of the city centre.
We are involved in a number of developments planned for the area, including as principal contractor on Mustard Wharf, a private rented sector scheme for Legal and General.
Under construction alongside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, the project will provide a total of 247 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across three blocks.
Our team have been overcoming the logistical challenges of building next to the canal and working in close proximity to the railway station both of which you can see in the drone footage above.
