The awards highlight the ingenuity, project management, and collaborative efforts of professionals dedicated to advancing bridge engineering.

The Bridges Ethos Award specifically acknowledges exceptional initiatives in apprenticeship programmes, staff training, mentoring, and retention within the bridge industry. Being named a finalist in this category reflects our dedication to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The winners will be announced during the Bridges conference and exhibition, an industry-leading event that brings together professionals from across the sector.
