London Real Estate Forum (LREF)

We are delighted to continue our longstanding relationship as a partner of the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) for 2025.

The London Real Estate Forum (LREF) brings together leaders from the industry, public sector, government, investment and business communities, to drive sustainable investment and development in cities.

We are pleased to be a partner of this year’s London Real Estate Forum (LREF), taking place on Thursday 17th September at Guildhall, London. The forum brings together leaders from across the industry, public sector, government, investment and business communities to drive sustainable development and investment in cities.

This year’s theme, Partnerships, will explore how deeper collaboration across the built environment can help address the most pressing urban challenges and deliver better outcomes for all.

Panel Discussion: The Future of the Office – Looking Beyond the Current Challenges

12:00-12:45 | Interactive Stage

Simon Richards, Sustainability Director, will join other industry experts, Mina Hasman, Sustainability Director at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Rob McNicol, Assistant Director, Policy and Strategy, City of London Corporation, for a panel discussion chaired by Will Lunn, Director, Strategy & New Business.

The session will explore how the office must evolve to meet future demands. The panel will consider how sustainability requirements are expected to develop, the role of AI in shaping workplace environments, and what will be needed to meet the expectations of future tenants and occupiers. Drawing on a range of perspectives, the discussion will highlight how collaboration across sectors can help deliver smarter, more resilient solutions.

Following the session, we will host an on-site lunch to continue the conversation and encourage new connections.
