Nick Leach
Director of Digital Construction
Our experts will be sharing valuable insights and expertise on both days of this year's conference
Our Director of Digital Construction, Nick Leach, and Resource & Workforce Planning Director, Nadeem Mirza, will be sharing their expertise at the event.
Nick will be in conversation with Tommy Cooke, Regional Director of Buildots, on the Inspire Stage on Wednesday 3rd June (11:30am-Midday). The session will look at practical examples of how AI has enhanced Sir Robert McAlpine’s project delivery.
Through our use of performance-driven construction management and automated AI insights, our projects have been able to foresee risk, streamline workflows and deliver with better clarity, transparency and confidence.
Attendees will be able to learn from our successes and ask questions at the end of the session.
Nadeem will join a panel of experts discussing how to build a competitive workforce strategy with the help of AI. This session takes place at the People & Change Theatre on Thursday 4th June (11:30am-Middday).
Nadeem will appear alongside Tomas Hollingworth of BW Interiors and David Pimiskern, VP, Strategy & Operations at Bridgit, following the recent announcement of our partnership with Bridgit.
This in-depth conversation will focus on how construction leaders are maintaining a competitive edge with the use of technology, while keeping human expertise at the centre of their operations.
