Building Awards 2025

Three of our projects are in the running at this year's Building Awards 2025

No fewer than three of our projects have been nominated at this year's Building Awards.

Gradel Quadrangles and ONE Station Hill are both up for Project of the Year, going up against eight other projects from across the country for the headline award.

Designed by David Kohn Architects, the Gradel scheme provides new student accommodation, a music hall, a tower and gatehouse, all constructed to the highest standards of quality.

Meanwhile, the ONE Station Hill team are looking to add to their recent regional BCO award win following the delivery of 275,000 sq ft of best-in-class workspace in the heart of Reading.

Following shortlisting at the recent Digital Construction Awards, the IHP-led (the joint venture between VINCI Building and Sir Robert McAlpine) National Rehabilitation Centre project in Loughborough is also cited in the Digital Excellence Award shortlisting.

This is for the project's pioneering use of Buildots in improving progress tracking and work planning, and the incorporation of Copilot for daily administrative tasks.

The winners will be announced at Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday 4th November.
