We are thrilled that our People team won the 'People and Talent Innovation' Award. This award celebrates HR teams that are innovating the way they attract, retain and develop talent in their organisations. It recognises the sustainability of new approaches and embraces new and impactful technological solutions.
Our People team have been implementing a People Strategy to radically change the way we attract, select, develop, and retain talent in order to achieve Sir Robert McAlpine's ambition to be the Best Place to Work.
I was delighted to collect this award with Louisa on behalf of the whole People team at Sir Robert McAlpine. It was a great experience reflecting on our achievements as a team and it means a lot to us all to be recognised by this award.
