National Inclusion Week 2024

National Inclusion Week 2024 celebrates the inspiring journeys of women shaping the future of construction.

As National Inclusion Week 2024 is underway, we take this opportunity to reflect on how we can continue fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

We're proud to share the stories of some of our team members, Sassi Stark, Lauren Neilson-Watts, and Holly Brunt, who have built meaningful careers in construction. Their personal experiences highlight the wide range of roles available in the industry and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone feels welcome and able to thrive.
