Kingsmeadow Community School celebrates Practical Completion of new 6th Form Building

Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures (SRMCV), through its subsidiary Pinnacle Schools (Gateshead) Limited, is proud to announce the practical completion of the new 6th Form building at Kingsmeadow Community School.

Sir Robert McAlpine built this state-of-the-art facility in just six months, using 22 modular units manufactured by Wernick Modular Buildings, significantly enhancing the learning environment for students with modern classrooms and a common room featuring a servery.   

The expansion of Kingsmeadow Community School allows the school to offer a more comprehensive education, better preparing its students for higher education and future careers.

The new building provides great space for the school’s sixth form students as well as additional teaching space for lower age groups.  This project has shown good collaboration between all parties to successfully hand over the building to the school ready for their use.  Staff and pupils are now using the facility and enjoying all it has to offer. “

Over the past 17 years, SRMCV, through Pinnacle Schools (Gateshead) Limited, has successfully delivered and maintained seven schools in collaboration with Gateshead Council.
