Our People

The quality of our people sets us apart.

Our people are the driving force behind everything we build.

As one of the UK’s leading construction and engineering businesses, we deliver outstanding projects—but it’s our people who make them happen. Their technical expertise, pride in their work and commitment to constructing a better world for future generations define who we are and how we operate.

Passion and excellence

Our people are passionate about what they do, consistently delivering excellence across every sector. From commercial offices to healthcare developments and complex industrial schemes. That level of performance doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of our ongoing investment in their development, wellbeing and career progression.

We take the time to listen, understand their aspirations, and support them in building fulfilling careers in construction and engineering. Whether they’re just starting out or stepping into leadership, we help chart a path that’s right for them.

Training and development

We’re committed to equipping our people with the latest skills and technologies. That includes training in Digital Construction, modern methods of construction, and emerging techniques that improve project outcomes and create greater value for our clients.

By developing our people, we strengthen our technical capability, enhance our services, and build a more resilient future for our business and the communities we serve.

Building a legacy beyond projects

Our people are passionate about creating a long-lasting legacy—supporting the communities where we work through charitable, outreach and mentoring programmes. We’re proud to have raised over £1 million for Maggie’s, and to partner with the Construction Youth Turst, the Forces Employment Charity, and ActionFunder, funding supporting grassroots initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We welcome diverse talent into our inclusive family culture. It’s how we continue to build Britain’s future heritage—with integrity, collaboration and pride.
