Strong Foundations Grant brings families together

Family Memorable Day success for a 2022 Strong Foundation Grant awardee, Jump Children’s Charity.

A recipient of our Civils division's Strong Foundations Grant for 2022, JUMP Children's Charity hosted one of their ‘Family Memorable Days’, bringing together families and children with life limiting conditions.

This celebration allowed the children to enjoy pottery, painting, party games, a bouncy castle and other activities. Whilst the kids played, parents and siblings relaxed at the onsite café, sampling cakes and coffees.

Days like these are critical to families, providing opportunities for them to make everlasting memories together.

We are very grateful to JUMP Children's Charity for sharing this update, captured in the video below, showing how the funding they have received with our Strong Foundation Grant has helped them to make an impact.

Our Strong Foundation Grants allow us to give back to local communities, via the ActionFunder platform. We started a partnership with ActionFunder in 2019, which helps us to support grassroot charities and organisations near the sites where we operate.
