We are delighted to have secured a place on the Procure Partnerships Framework, as part of its new iteration of the North West Contractor Framework, for construction projects above £30 million.
Now operating nationally, the Procure Partnerships have been delivering successful frameworks across the North West of England for the past four years, supporting with the procurement and delivery of over 150 construction projects within this period.
The framework pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets. The current framework is designed to be flexible and provides clients with four call off options, and eight call off contracts. Like the previous iteration of the North West Framework, there is no direct fee for public sector bodies across the North West to access.
As well as helping to facilitate collaboration and innovation to deliver projects that will meet the changing needs of our built environment and support ambitions to build back better, the framework will be structured to enable the delivery of meaningful social value, benefitting communities, the environment and helping to protect the future of the industry through enhanced upskilling and training, driving and monitoring social-value-add benchmarked against the national TOMs.
Faye Dolan, National Framework Manager, commented:
“Procure Partnerships is delighted to have concluded the renewal of the North West Contractor Framework after an exceptionally successful first iteration. We look forward to engaging with our contracting partners, old and new, whilst continuing to support brilliant public sector projects. Congratulations to all contractors who have secured a place!”
