Celebrating International Women's Day 2019

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day. To help support this year's theme, #BalanceForBetter our colleagues across the UK strike a pose, as we work towards creating a more gender balanced workplace.

Today is International Women’s Day, which gives the opportunity for people around the globe to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

This year’s theme focuses on building a gender-balanced world and we asked our colleagues to show their support by striking the #BalanceforBetter pose. We received an overwhelming response from both men and women at all levels across the business.

We’ll be sharing some of them via our social media networks today to help demonstrate our commitment to leading by example on inclusion and inspiring industry-wide change.

Huge thanks to everyone who has taken the time to get involved. Together we can #BalanceForBetter.
