Sir Robert McAlpine has been appointed on Crown Commercial Services Construction Works and Associated Services 2 / Procure 23 framework.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Sir Robert McAlpine was also reappointed to the latest iteration of the healthcare framework, ProCure23, part of Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) Framework, as part of Integrated Health Projects (IHP), our 20-year alliance with VINCI Construction UK.
This collaborative procurement extends our experience in healthcare, education, civil engineering and other public sectors, and supplements Lot 4.2 for Construction Works and Associated Services in Scotland, and Lot 11 for Construction Management – National Lot across all UK regions, on which we already are suppliers.
We are delighted to be appointed on the CCS’s Lot 5 and look forward to supporting the UK Government in realising their ambitions. As a 153-year old family-owned business, we have an unprecedented track record of delivering technical excellence, and value a collaborative approach to relationships with our clients and partners. In line with the UK Construction Playbook, we have a clear focus on creating social value, targeting net zero carbon, fostering industry wide collaboration and supporting the development of MMCs for the benefit of the economy and wider society.
