London Build Expo is a world renowned construction exhibition that has received multiple awards for trade shows. This year, they are hosting over 300 speakers across 6 conference theatres, alongside over 400 exhibitors and free to attend networking sessions.
Paula McMahon (CMgr FCMI CEng FICE FWES) has joined the event as a Women in Construction Ambassador. She shares her thoughts on the upcoming session:
"I decided to select The Importance of Mentoring and Leadership panel as I have lots of experience in this area from my 30+ years in engineering and construction. I know mentoring works for people at all career stages and I strongly believe that everyone can be a leader, regardless of their job role."
Simone Starnini will be a panellist on the session "Discussing the future workforce - fast forward to a completely diverse industry".
We will also have our Head of Ethical and Sustainable Procurement, Alice Hands, participating on the panel session "Tackling Modern Slavery in Construction".
Finally, our head of digital construction, Nick Leach will be a panellist in the session "Hear from the Leaders Driving the Forces of Digital Construction".
