Sir Robert McAlpine is proud to sponsor the innovation stage at this year's Digital Construction Week. A great platform to showcase genuine innovation and radical thinking at the forefront of construction methods.
Alongside our commitment to the Innovation stage, several spokespersons from Sir Robert McAlpine's digital construction team will be sharing their expertise, talking about advancements in the sector and their latest projects.
On Day 1, Fernando Garcia, Digital Construction Coordinator, Nick Leach, Head of Digital Construction and Sassi Stark, Digital Construction Manager, will be hosting a panel session on "How to unlock the full potential from your digital platforms". The aim of this session is to focus on how Sir Robert McAlpine has maximised the benefits from its tool chest, and how to best support different types of major projects & project delivery teams.
On day 2, Josh Harding, Senior Digital Construction Manager, and Javier Lopez, Senior Data Analyst, will take a deep dive into how to make projects productive. They will be sharing key learnings from The Forge project, and how Sir Robert McAlpine is applying these on future projects. Examples of projects from 1 Broadgate and 2 Finsbury avenue will also be shared.

Fernando has over 8 years of experience working in the construction industry. With an architectural background, he has specialized in Digital Construction and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the past 6 years.
As Digital Construction Coordinator, at Sir Robert McAlpine Fernando is responsible for implementing BIM in healthcare projects, ensuring adoption, new technologies, and coordination, in collaboration with consultants, trades, and client engagement.

Sassi Stark
Digital Construction Manager
Sassi Stark is a Digital Construction Manager currently working within our Healthcare Sector; with 8 years of experience delivering CAD and BIM processes within the AEC industry, supported by a Degree in Architectural Technology and practical experience. Sassi is also responsible for project Social Value management and is passionate about supporting local communities.
