Building Innovation Awards

We are one of five nominees in the Best Use of Data on a Construction Project category

Our Digital Construction team have been nominated at this year's Building Innovation Awards.

They have been cited in the Best Use of Data on a Construction Project category for the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) in Loughborough.

The awards recognise some of the most innovative, data-driven projects from across the country.

The NRC is a landmark initiative being designed and constructed by Integrated Health Projects (IHP), the joint venture between VINCI Building and Sir Robert McAlpine, for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

It sets a new benchmark in construction management by seamlessly integrating various digital technologies, such as Buildots and Copilot.

This approach has led to significant productivity improvements, enabling the team to avert five weeks of delays and prevent potential losses exceeding $1M.

The winner will be announced on Tuesday 30th September at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham.
