We are always looking to lead by example on safety, sharing our experiences and learning from others to help drive continued progress.

We take a one-team approach. This way we engage with and learn from everyone on our projects.

On each project we set up a safety leadership team to establish the team ethos, model the attitudes and behaviours which support an exemplary safety culture, and proactively address any issues.

Making sure everyone is involved is key. So these teams include representatives from all those involved, including consultants, clients and our supply chain partners.

Making safety personal

Reaching everyone out on site is critical to realising our vision.

All of our people take part in one of our behavioural safety Workforce Engagement Workshops (WEW).

The focus here is on making safety personal by providing individuals with time to reflect on their attitudes to health and safety and how we look after each other.

By making safety personal we encourage the behaviours and attitudes that help make sure that everyone goes home safe, well and injury-free every day.
