brian mcgonnagle... did i spell that right?
looks like they might bring TWO MORE rv's into our camp.
that would make two brianM possee, two wbl, and one
susieg.
ben wing has also been added to the list.
jenny g has been added to the list, and will also likely
be teaming up with kt as communal planner...
nozefinger, stig and q have also been added.
in case he has not mailed bman@bud.com, mikek
is also considering the trip... he wants to do a
dome...
any news?

yes, yes, i need to groom the list.
ok.
hands up, who's going?
and as soon as i get some meal numbers i'll figgure
out some better budget numbers, based on two rv's,
10 full payees per. it's simple to scale back down
to one rv, really. the only problem occurs if we
wind up with 15 full payees... potentially. it'll
just be more effort, cooperation and diligence on
all parts to make the one kitchen and fridge support
all... hmmmm let's coin a term better than payees.
victims? wobbles? sand people? somthing.
anyway... things were always pretty handled in palm
springs, and we were taxing the resources of that living
space too.
ok. i am gonna do math now, at this time of night.
remember, based on 2 rv's, 20 people, and let's say
2 wblCars...
rv: 5 days (100 free miles) @ $148/day 740
miles: (600 mile round trip) 100 miles @.25/mile 25
gas: 9MPG 600/9=66.666666 * $1.50 100
generator: 50 gallons of gas? 75
emergency fund: sewage dump, cleaning, wrong budget: 100
total: $1040. double this (2 rv's) grand rv total 2080
gas for wblCars: (@20MPG, 600 mi) 90
subtotal: $2170/20 people $108.50
admission: presale tix $35
TOTAL: per person $143.50
ok. there you have it. ok, food folx, let's see a guess.
from what i kow of communal eating, $25/person will feed
us goddam well, that's $500. another $25/person gives
deco crew a $500 budget, which we can prolly spend quite
easily. that *still* comes in at under $200/person,
and we have a generous food budget, as well as a bunch of
padding (well $200) for emergencies. add in your *own*
totals, fireworks, ammo, special foods (we still are gonna
prolly assume people are on their own for lunch, besides
a probably large cache of fruit and chips kinda things)
on site buying of things you may want.
still, i hesitate to want to collect $200/person right
now, in case we are forgetting something. be a pain
and possibly hard for people to do that then mail me
another check for $15 or something...
thoughts? i'd like input from everyone on this, if
possible.
peet, julia, jd: $500 will be probably good enough for
buy/rental of group senic stuff? chute, stakes, groundcover,
that sort of thing. also gonna pick some rigging and a
small amount of lighting stuff.

forget it. if you want off the list, mail me.
we'll start with an acurate count once checks
start coming in. first we have to fix the cost
per person, and address any cpncerns people may
have about where their money goes, accountability,
etc. plenty of people on this list are going
but not as teamWbl.
and if more than 10 people go, but not enough
for the second rv, it'll get a little cheaper.
though personally, if it wound up being 15 or
more (but under $20) i'd be willing to pay a
little more for the added power, water, etc
(SPACE for sleeping inside) we'd be getting.
oh, and just so people on the list know for
sure, an indoor rv bedis not guarnteed. i
have been saying that the wors case scenario
would be 20 people wanting to sleep in what
i ssupposedly only 10 spaces (i have seen
the rv's, it could easily be 12 spaces)
then people will draw for spaces and that'll
be agreed to as fair by the tem.. ya ya.

satisfactorily and insure you all have a good time.
If you don't think my input has been of value, then by all means

I'd like to propose another All Hands virtual
meeting on ICB, for 9.30pm, TUESDAY,
1 August 1995.
I'd also like to propose we start
making checks for $250 to Rocky,
If that's ok by him.
Issues to discuss: who's going in
what RV (I'd just like to get a clue about who we're
camping with)
Tentative plans for what day, hour, and location we
leave Northern CA, and return.
Broad food goals.
Broad art goals.

she'd be driving to downtown Santa Cruz after work.
But instead, she went to Michigan. Bloody typical!)

So, what is the name of our camp anyway?
I have been unable to get on the web due to the fact that

I suggest something nondescript. This will keep our

I will drop my $$ in the mail to Rocky today, sorry for the
